At Great Eastern Entertainment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion and merchandise purchases. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and clearly write the issued RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
